Supple Professional Quality gloves made to last but soft from the start. The Limited Series features an oiled steerhide shell leather and linings made from deer tanned cowhide. Thick 1/4″ rawhide lacing holds together the webs and finger tops, while Flex-Felt padding helps ensure a quick break-in.
Select
Professional Quality gloves for the serious ball player. The Select Series is constructed from a supple leather that allows for a shorter break-in period. These gloves are made from lightly oiled leathers, which undergo a special milling process at the tannery to soften the leather. The Select Series still uses pro felt padding and thick 1/4″ lacing so there is a beak-in.
Elite
Glovesmith’s Elite Series gloves are the ultimate in fielding equipment. This signifies a new era in ball glove production. Glovesmith uses the very best materials from which the finest gloves are created. The production process starts with flawless steer hides that are cut and carefully stitched together. Next, the glove is stuffed with genuine needled wool, giving the glove more padding comfort. Each glove is pattern split and bend cut to enhance the durability. The welting is triple stitched before the final process of giving the glove the trademark metallic gold labels and choice rawhide laces. The process is not done here.
